the importance of dad to us

Why is dad important to us?. Whether you had a dad or did not have a dad is also an important point in how you look at your life. our dad may have been at work a great deal of time and was not an active participant in your daily life of school, homework, or sports or he may have been a weekend dad because of divorce or an absent dad because of death or other reasons. Either way you look at it, whether you had a dad or not his presence or absence had an impact on your upbringing and how you view life.

Hopefully, when you reach the stage in your life when you too are a dad you will be able to spend time with your child, in both his or her daily life as well as during the important times. You will be an active participant, not just a disciplinarian. This is because it has been shown that women and men parent in different ways.

When a mom interacts with her child she tends to give instructions and to play games in different ways than a dad. A mom will explain the best way to accomplish something with explicit instructions using a great deal of words. A dad on the other hand will show his or her child a task and allow the child to work out the best way to accomplish the goal. These two different methods of teaching help the child to determine the best way to do something.

When a child and a mom play together they will more likely play conventional games. They may play cards, board games, peek-a-boo and other games that are structured. Mothers regulate play so that it does not become rough or out of control. When dad plays all of these considerations go out the window. A dad is more likely to play a game of rough housing or wrestling. He is more likely to allow the child to take risks than a mother would not. A good example of this would be at the playground. Nine times out of ten you will here moms saying, "don't climb too high! Be careful, slow down!" At the same time a dad will say, "hey, how high can you go?

Because of these reasons and many more it is good for a dad to spend time with his children. A dad allows the child to take more chances and in turn the child is able to test his or her limits both physically and mentally. It is mom's role to teach the child when enough is enough. In the end the style of the mother and father balance themselves, giving the child a broad base of knowledge.

Dad is always a hero in every kids live. Dad train his child in the way he should go and when he is old , he will not depart from it.
always appriciate your dad and let him know how much you love him because once his gone you can never let him know.

Are women becoming more aggressive?

I have noticed that women today are becoming more aggresive .Women commit more crime and an overwhelming amount of women are causing violence that hits below the belt. They bash their hussband, children, family members and use all type of vulgar words to them. This is not how our parents brought us up. Every women were tought to give respect to the elder generation and obey to their command and never go against their words, sadly this is not was these womens are following. These womens are goin over the board.

why are they behaving such way??

This is a symptom of a larger problem that humanity in general faces. As women develop, their egos become larger and more difficult to satisfy. their need for spirituality is also growing. Women in particular feel this emptiness inside of them that can only be filled through spiritual means, most women just aren't in touch with that fact and have no idea where the emptiness comes from. As a result, this increasing dissatisfaction leads women to more aggressive and antisocial behavior than in times past.

How Smoking Affects Your Health

There are no physical reasons to start smoking. The body doesn't need tobacco the way it needs food, water, sleep, and exercise. And many of the chemicals in cigarettes, like nicotine and cyanide, are actually poisons that can kill in high enough doses.

The body is smart. It goes on the defense when it's being poisoned. First-time smokers often feel pain or burning in the throat and lungs, and some people feel sick or even throw up the first few times they try tobacco.

The consequences of this poisoning happen gradually. Over the long term, smoking leads people to develop health problems like heart disease, stroke, emphysema (breakdown of lung tissue), and many types of cancer — including lung, throat, stomach, and bladder cancer. People who smoke also have an increased risk of infections like bronchitis and pneumonia.

These diseases limit a person's ability to be normally active, and they can be fatal.

Smokers not only develop wrinkles and yellow teeth, they also lose bone density, which increases their risk of osteoporosis , a condition that causes older people to become bent over and their bones to break more easily. Smokers also tend to be less active than nonsmokers because smoking affects lung power.

Smoking can also cause fertility problems and can impact sexual health in both men and women. Girls who are on the pill or other hormone-based methods of birth control like the patch or the ring increase their risk of serious health problems, such as heart attacks, if they smoke.
The consequences of smoking may seem very far off, but long-term health problems aren't the only hazard of smoking. Nicotine and the other toxins in cigarettes, cigars, and pipes can affect a person's body quickly.

Is it the responsibility of children to care for their elderly parents?

Absolutely. And I say this as a loving daughter.
parents are very much important to us,because without parents, can u ever be here on this earth.
They are the one who brought us up,show us to this world ,educate us, showed us never ending love and who has always been there for us whenever we need them.

how do we show our appriciation towards them? very simple once they have start ageing we are the who who should take care of them and never ditch them at some welfare homes. this act is totally cruel. just imagine how would they feel. for everything they have done for us and this is how we pay them back?

That not how we should be. It is definitely our responsible to take care of them during their late age. factor of gangsterism and how to prevent gangsterism

Nowadays, it is a daily occurrence of gangsterism and bullying in many schools.Gangsterism and bullies is a bad habit that is conquered by teenagers especially boys.Bullying and gangsterism is an act of oppressing others to show one’s superiority and strength. Usually, this problem happens in the secondary school. The cause may be due to broken family background and financial issues. Due to this, the crime rate involving youth has increased tremendously. Dissatisfaction among the bully and his victim leads to revenge which can sometimes cause injuries and even death. The youth cannot concentrate on their studies and they began to lose trust and respect from the society as they are labeled as the ‘troublemakers’.

We must prevent the problem of gangsterism from spreading. One of the preventive measures is we should give counseling sessions to these problematic students. We should also inculcate good moral values in the students. They should be taught on how to respects others regardless of the race, physical appearance of socio-economic background. Awareness campaigns should be organized to make youth better individuals. The final way to prevent gangsterism in school is through strict enforcement by the authorities.

In conclusion, gangstreism are the main problems faced by today’s youth. The effects are bad . The society has to work hand-in-hand to help the government combat these problems.

heylooo!!!kavitha menon is the name..stunned the world on 1st jul 1991..soo u can probally figure out my age by now..currently in ma forth sem doing diploma in mass communication at inti subang!!:-)

im really just an ordinary human being with an extraordinary heart,I have loads of love to offer to just about anyone I get acquainted with.I think I've established myself well as an individual who you would NEVER match with a second person.Im "Perfectly imperfect' Rarely trust anyone, I am difficult to be convinced,im a hard woman.so please try harder. Pretty much sociable to whoever, as long you are manageable. I am plain friendly overall.I believe I have mood swings. One minute UPSET then the following minute CHEERFUL..:-)weeeeeeee!!!!!

I always believe in myself. Love my family and close friends a lot..they're my everything!!ma daddy is my hero n my mummy is my best friend!!n my sister's are one hell of a headache because they just love bugging my life, yet i still love them n i will alwayz doo!!!My family is my precious love. surrounded by many many friends..and special shoutout to JOAN DAVINA, babe thanks for everything..i love you bestie:-)u kip me going!!!!:-)

overall, i'm just human. i live in this weird world with my very wordly values. i'm a person who likes it serious when its supposed to be and spontaneous at all other times. straightforwardness is something i've inherited from my Dad. i dont classify myself as family orientated but neither am i friend orientated. i stand somewhere inbetween. one other thing, i'm not a person you can easily figure out. (:
