SUBANG JAYA: A local movie star comedian was among six people caught by the police in connection with the seizure of what was believed to be ganja Saturday night.
The drug, weighing about 40g, was found at the man's house about 10pm.
The man, in his 40s, has acted in a series of comedy movies which were box-office hits.
The actor, and his friends, were facilitating police investigations under section 39 A (1) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
He said the six would be remanded for five days beginning Sunday
